Donnersbachwald is an Eldorado for snow fans of all ages in winter. Carve turns on snow-sure slopes, perfectly groomed and award-winning pistes, stop for a bite to eat or enjoy the apres-ski life.
Deep snow and freestyle cracks will find untouched powder runs, and the Cross Ride Track, a groomed track over hills, steep turns and through tunnels, is new.
The Riesneralm children's ski area is second to none, a separate 5 hectare area with 5 lifts such as the Tellerblitz, magic carpets, a wave run and the top Magic Snow ski school, an all-round package to inspire your kids.
Enjoy gliding through the high valley on cross-country skis, 16 km of trails invite you to do so (the entrance is only 350 m from the chalet), or explore the Donnersbach valley on winter hiking trails.
Have fun on the 3500 m long natural toboggan run from the Mörsbachalm to the village, you can master the 330 meters of altitude either on foot or with the toboggan cab, sledges are available to guests of the chalet.
